Jamie Baker
Jamie Baker is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. He is the principal broker of Baker and Maxwell Real Estate Brokerage and a member of the Miami association of realtors, Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers Association.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management and his Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. Jamie has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before being a real estate broker, Jamie held positions as a real estate advisor specializing in residential and commercial properties for Luxury real estate group and was Vice President of the Baher Financial Group.
Mr. Baker delivers wide-ranging functional expertise in brokerage, transaction management, acquisition, disposition, investments, strategic planning, consulting, market research, and financial modeling. Mr. Baker client base focuses on buying, selling, and investing. He also provides agency representation to real estate asset management companies, owner-operators, owner-occupiers, and consulting services.
A lifelong community advocate, Mr. Baker, has been a committed board member of several organizations and professional affiliations. His board service includes the Baher Foundation, National Sales Network, and a Florida International University Alumni Association member. Mr. Baker serves as a community service fundraising consultant in the South Florida area and mentors individuals entering the business world. Mr. Baker is passionate about serving as a health promotion motivational speaker for community outreach programs. Mr. Baker also is the Co-founder of the Baher Foundation (a 501c3 organization), providing opportunities for children to reach their fullest potential using education and sports as a platform for development and supporting their families through housing initiatives.
